Custom Designed Seed Storage Chamber For Long Term Seed Storage
Seed storage chambers are equipment’s that are specifically designed for the germination of seeds and their development. The product is placed inside these chambers and the conditions are moulded as per the requirements. These chambers are extremely cost effective, user friendly, have a sturdy construction and are extremely easy to use. All these equipment’s are based on modular platform. These units are reliable and have a strong construction. These are double walled convection heated and cooled units. The outer body of these chambers are made of thick PRPC sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly power coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel of SS-304 grade or anodized aluminium sheet or G.I. The gap between these walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool that ensures maximum thermal efficiency. In all there are two doors, in which the inner door is made of thick plexi glass to view the specimens that are inside the chamber and the outer door is made of mild steel sheet lined with stainless steel from inside. There are lock and key arrangements and the entire unit is placed on a sturdy steel frame. The unit is also incorporated with corrosion resistant interiors and exteriors. They are also offered with microprocessors based controllers. The temperature ranges of these models are between 50 C above ambient 700 C. Seed storage chamber is incorporated with multiple line indicators, environment scanners and temperature or humidity controllers. These units have a bulk data storage capacity with high data retention life. It even has the facility to program recording interval with various options to suit individual requirements. The temperatures inside these chambers are controlled through programmable microprocessor based temperature cum indicator. These chambers stand alone when it comes to testing the environmental effects on the specimens. These units artificially set the conditions under which machinery, materials, devices or components are exposed. These are also used to accelerate the effects of exposure to the environment and sometimes even at the conditions that are usually not expected. There are certain conditions such as extreme conditions, relative humidity, electromagnetic radiation, vacuum, electromagnetic vibrations, and many more. These conditions are strictly taken into consideration in order to protect the specimens and keep a check on them.
